Privacy Policy

Effective date: March 18, 2026  ·  Last updated: March 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Omni AI ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit useomniai.com (the "Site") or purchase products through it. We keep this plain-language because privacy policies shouldn't require a lawyer to read.

Short version: We collect only what we need to operate the site and process purchases. We don't sell your data. You can contact us any time at hello@thisisomni.ai with questions or requests.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

  • Purchase information: When you buy a product, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email address, billing address, and payment card details. We receive a confirmation of the transaction and your email — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Contact inquiries: If you email us at hello@thisisomni.ai, we receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically

  • Server logs: Our web server automatically records your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps when you access the Site. These logs are used for security monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Cookies and local storage: We use essential cookies to support basic site functionality (such as session state). We do not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, obtain your consent.

Information from third-party platforms

Some products are sold through external platforms that operate under their own privacy policies:

  • Gumroad (omniai.gumroad.com) — governs purchases made on their platform.
  • Shopify (americas-ai-department.myshopify.com) — governs purchases made on their platform.

When you purchase through these platforms, their privacy policies apply, not ours.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Process and fulfill your purchases and deliver digital products
  • Send transactional emails (order confirmation, download links)
  • Respond to support requests and inquiries
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Monitor and improve Site performance and security
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, sell data to third parties, or send unsolicited marketing emails.

3. Affiliate Links Disclosure

This Site contains affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate links are used within articles and review content. The existence of an affiliate relationship does not influence our editorial recommendations — we only recommend tools we believe provide genuine value.

This disclosure satisfies FTC requirements under 16 C.F.R. Part 255. Each page containing affiliate links also carries an inline disclosure notice.

4. Sharing Your Information

We share personal information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Payment processors: Stripe processes all on-site transactions. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data. See stripe.com/privacy.
  • Infrastructure providers: We use Supabase for database services. Data stored in Supabase is protected by their security controls and is not shared with other customers.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Omni AI, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers: If the business is sold or merged, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via the Site or email before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law:

  • Purchase records: Retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting requirements.
  • Server logs: Retained for up to 90 days, then deleted.
  • Support communications: Retained for 2 years after the last interaction.

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS), access controls, and credential management practices. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify affected users promptly in the event of a confirmed data breach.

8. Cookies

We use the following types of cookies:

  • Essential cookies: Required for the Site to function (e.g., session state, checkout flow). These cannot be disabled without breaking site functionality.
