QUINNZ PINZ × omni.A partnership proposal · 03 October 2026The investment

01 / The next chapter

A great night out.
A better way
to begin it.

Quinnz Pinz already brings people together.
Let’s make getting them there feel just as good.

The guest experience. The operating picture.
The path to connected booking.

02 / The first impression

Keep the character.
Clear the path.

The venue has the story. The website’s job is to help a guest choose their next step.

Current sitequinnzpinz.com
Current Quinnz Pinz homepage with a holiday promotion over its bowling hero and rates below
A

A recognizable welcome, with competing layers.

The saved first-visit capture shows a holiday promotion over the hero. Rates and Google-review links are now present, alongside prominent lane and party actions.

Omni websiteCurrent implementation
Omni Quinnz Pinz homepage with simplified navigation, attraction messaging and a Reserve A Lane action
B

A clearer hierarchy, still room to finish.

A direct lane-reservation action and attraction-led navigation are visible. The saved hero is largely dark; imagery, hours and the phone destination still need final acceptance.

Progress deserves credit

The September audit asked for homepage rates and reviews. Both appear in the October capture. That is a visible improvement; it does not close every audit item.

03 / From interest to intention

“Let’s go” should lead
to “we’re booked.”

Lane reservations and group events need different paths. The next step is to connect the welcome, the offer and the confirmation.

The welcomeOmni homepage
Homepage entry point with Reserve A Lane and View Packages buttons
01

Help guests choose an experience.

The homepage introduces bowling, arcade, escape rooms and private events. Keep quick lane booking distinct from planning a larger occasion.

The booking conceptSeparate design proposal
Separate booking proposal with venue photography, packages and an explanation that requests are confirmed by a person
02

Make the offer easier to understand.

The separate concept presents packages and booking policies. It explicitly says nothing is charged here and a person confirms availability. Prices and package copy require venue approval.

Actual browser captures · 03 Oct 2026 · These are separate sites. A connected checkout, payment and confirmation journey has not been demonstrated.

Welcome

A clear handoff to the venue team

Proposed connected journey · acceptance testing is part of delivery.

04 / Behind a good night

A clearer picture.
A better handoff.

A guest question should become something the team can find, understand and act on.

The owner dashboard provides the working surface: search, call and message views, classification filters, activity reporting and website-editing controls.

Open owner sign-in

Authorized owner access required.

01 / Find the conversation

Questions become searchable.

Actual dashboard Smart Search control with a suggested pricing question and Search button

The interface offers suggested searches and an open question field. Use it to investigate intent; AI answers still need checking against the underlying records.

02 / Make follow-up visible

Give the team a place to look.

Actual dashboard tabs for Calls, Messages and administrative handoffs, with category, quality, sentiment and resolution filters

Calls, messages and administrative handoffs sit together. Filters help narrow the review. Visible controls demonstrate the interface; routing, delivery and staff follow-through need their own tests.

03 / Learn from the activity

Reporting with a useful denominator.

The saved aggregate report contains call and message activity, call categories and sentiment labels. It provides a real starting point for monthly reporting and a more informed owner conversation.

Prepared for private owner review

The dated analytics and dashboard charts accompany this proposal in a confidential local report. Customer records and private performance figures are withheld from this public preview.

Real interface crops · rendered locally from the saved dashboard build on 03 Oct 2026 · records and telemetry omitted. No live search, outbound action or website edit was executed.

05 / The honest ledger

Build on what’s here.
Finish what matters.

A visible improvement is progress. A connected system earns its status through testing.

Rates & social proof

Visible improvement

Homepage rates and a Google-review link appear in the saved current-site capture.

Confirm the final rate card and placement across mobile and booking pages.

Hours & contact

Reconcile

Monday and Friday hours differ across the sites. The Omni site also displays a different phone number.

Venue approval of one source of truth, then consistent display and a tested routing destination.

Booking & payments

Not proven end to end

The separate booking concept describes a request followed by human confirmation.

Approved inventory, payment status, duplicate protection, cancellation handling and confirmations tested together.

Dashboard & reporting

Interface + saved activity

Reporting and workflow controls exist. A dated aggregate extract is retained privately.

Owner access, classification quality, failed-action visibility and staff handoffs verified with controlled tests.

Search & accessibility

Audit follow-through

The September audit flags titles, headings, image labels, hours and navigation mismatches.

Retest the final pages, keyboard use and mobile journeys. No blanket “all fixed” claim.

Clover

Proposed scope

No live Clover connection is established by this review.

Merchant and API review, a narrow agreed use case, a separate quote and a sandbox acceptance test.

06 / A measured way forward

Four phases.
Each earns the next.

Omni’s role is to bring the pieces together, verify the handoffs and keep the operation understandable.

01

Align the essentials

One approved version of the truth.

Confirm hours, phone routing, packages, prices and policies. Finish the guest-facing copy, imagery and audit corrections.

Ready when

The venue approves the content and the key pages pass mobile and accessibility review.

02

Connect the journey

From request to confirmed booking.

Integrate booking and payments into the selected platform. Connect booking status with the dashboard and confirmation flow.

Ready when

A controlled booking, payment, cancellation and duplicate attempt produce the correct guest and staff outcomes.

03

Support the team

The right message. The right handoff.

Configure the optional voice, chatbot, routing, SMS and email bundle around approved answers, staff responsibilities and an agreed usage cap.

Ready when

Test conversations, escalation, delivery failures and consent or opt-out handling are verified in a controlled environment.

04

Measure & refine

Make the monthly review useful.

Review booking outcomes, unresolved questions and service usage. Prioritize improvements from observed activity. Scope Clover only after merchant review.

Ready when

The owner can read the report, reconcile the key counts and approve the next round of improvements.

07 / The partnership

Two ways to build
the next chapter.

Choose ongoing management or an owned system. Both are built around the same guest journey and operating visibility.

Option 01

Managed

Keep Omni alongside you.

An integrated platform with ongoing management.

$750/ month

Month-to-month commitment.

$3,000 setup Waived

  • Booking/payments fully integrated platform
  • Ongoing management
  • Owner dashboard
  • Monthly reporting
Review the managed option

Option 02

Owned system

Make the system your own.

A build investment in the platform and dashboard.

One-time build
$7,500/ build

Platform, dashboard and monthly reporting.

Ongoing management terms to be agreed

  • Platform build
  • Owner dashboard
  • Monthly reporting
  • Management scope and duration to be clarified
Review the owned option

Available with either option

Communication, connected.

Voice, booking chatbot, routing, outbound SMS confirmations/follow-up and email booking confirmation.

Capped to reported usage. The usage cap must be explicitly agreed before activation; no allowance is assumed here.

+$100/ month

Clover · recommendation

Scope first. Price after review.

Proposed starting scope: booking-to-sales reconciliation, if supported by the merchant’s Clover setup and API access. Quote discovery and implementation separately after review. No live sync, card handling or Clover price is promised.

A thank-you for introductions

$100. Once per successful introduction.

A $100 one-time referral fee for each introduction that becomes a sale. This is not a recurring monthly credit.

08 / Let’s make the next step clear

More time for
the good part.

A guest knows what to do. Your team knows what comes next. The owner can see what’s working.

  1. Choose managed or owned.
  2. Approve the content and booking rules.
  3. Agree the communications cap and acceptance plan.
Compare the options
Sources, evidence dates & review boundaries

This proposal uses saved browser captures from 03 October 2026 and the Quinnz Pinz Website Audit dated 24 September 2026. The public screenshots represent the exact captured states; the dashboard crops use the saved application build rendered locally with customer records omitted.

Private analytics remain in the local owner-review report. Interface presence and saved activity do not prove successful booking, payment, message delivery, live synchronization or revenue impact. The booking concept’s package details and imagery remain subject to venue approval for a client-site launch.

Category references: Bowlero, Pinstripes and Punch Bowl Social informed the occasion-led structure. They are design references, not evidence of conversion performance.
